What we do.

Muscle Therapies specialises in the treatment of soft tissue pain and dysfunction. With the use of manual therapy techniques used in Advanced Sports Massage and Corrective Functional Exercise in our fully equipped gym we seek to relieve your pain with long term results.

We will take a full assessment of your needs and design a rehabilitation programme to suit you as an individual. Muscle Therapies has strong ties with leading healthcare practitioners in Osteopathy, Nutritional Medicine, Accupuncture, Physiotherapy and more, and we make it our promise that if we can't give you the correct treatment for your needs we will refer you to the right person who can.

£45 - Initial consultation and treatment - 1 hour 20 minutes

£40 - Following treatments - 45 minutes

£40 - Clinical exercise sessions - 45 minutes
