With each year that passes more and more people become highly concerned about physical pain. As a therapist I spend quite a lot of time helping people manage their pain by educating them about it.
It is very important that we first rule out any truly serious reason for your pain but once we have done so we need to rebuild your confidence with manual therapy and exercise. Getting you back to your pre-pain activities as early as possible is key to this.
